Top Keynote How CEOs experiment with highly hyped technologies

To achieve this, I would like to focus on one lever:

Invest as a company in highly hyped technologies in a very visible way

Try highly visible, highly hyped technologies

But why would we ever publicly experiment with a bunch of things that are likely to fail?

There are a few reasons:

Innovate publicly to stay ahead of the competition

First, organizations that innovate in tough economic times come out ahead

Innovative companies not only grow faster, but are also more profitable than the rest

Innovate publicly to attract the best team members

And secondly, companies that experiment publicly attract the best new team members

And that’s important because no matter what else happens, you still have a talent problem

Hybrid work is incredibly difficult

Speaking of talent:

Does anyone here struggle with hybrid work?

Many managers are worried that hybrid working is damaging their corporate culture

So they are trying to turn back the clocks by imposing physical working hours and physical offices on employees

For only 12%, their work culture takes place in the physical office

And the shocker is: it doesn’t work!

It’s a myth that your company culture only takes place in company offices

Your company culture is digital!

It takes place in an infinite number of spaces and experiences that are digital

Technology is the new epicenter of corporate culture

Technology is the new epicenter of your corporate culture

So what digital spaces can be created to showcase who you are and what you value?

An Intraverse is a new concept for a virtual office that uses Metaverse technologies to bring employees together in immersive meetings to collaborate and innovate

Experiment with new technologies early

Studies predict that it will take five to ten years for immersive technologies to become mainstream

Get on board now because it’s important for talent

If you experiment with new technologies early on, you will attract the talent that always wants to be one step ahead

Hirect
